Mike Goldstein is a Los Angeles-based producer, director, and creative director whose career spans premium documentaries, digital series, podcasts, branded content, and music . He brings a rare combination of creative taste, hands-on production expertise, and operational thinking, building the teams, workflows, and infrastructure needed to turn ambitious ideas into high-quality content.
Mike began his career at Shangri-La Studios under Rick Rubin, contributing to landmark projects including Adele’s 21 and Kanye West’s Yeezus. He went on to produce and direct digital series for Russell Simmons’ All Def Digital, lead creative and production work for brands including Google, Audi, Cadillac, and Toyota at Elias Arts, and contribute to projects including Wu-Tang: Of Mics and Men, Showtime’s Shangri-La, and most recently the Launch of the Monday Music Club with Vox Media
In 2019, Mike co-founded Figures Network with Tate Frazier, developing and producing original IP including The World of Five-Star with LeBron James’ UNINTERRUPTED and SLAM. His strength is connecting creative ambition with execution, assembling teams, building scalable production systems, and creating the culture and infrastructure that allow great ideas to consistently become great work.
